Current study was conducted to investigate the relationship between Urease, Invertase, Alkaline phosphatase and Aryl sulphatase activities of two Histosols (located in Kerman and Shahrekord provence) and some of the soil chemical and biological properties. Soil samples were collected from 3 soil profiles (0-120 cm, at each 20 cm layer). The enzyme activities were determined as described in standard methods. Results of Pearson correlation coefficients showed that organic carbon (r > 0.86**), total nitrogen (r > 0.88**), phosphorus (r > 0.77**), carbohydrates (r > 0.86**), microbial respiration (r > 0.94**) and microbial biomass carbon (r > 0.87**) had a positive and significant effect (p< 0.01) on the enzymatic activities of two studied soils. In addition, stepwise regression model was used to evaluate the relative importance of soil properties in conjunction with enzyme activities. The results showed that microbial biomass carbon and phosphorus had negative effects on the activity of some enzymes, while organic carbon, total nitrogen, carbohydrates and microbial respiration had a positive effect on enzyme activities. A significant correlation values, up to 99%, was found among enzymes and they were responding similar to the environmental systems.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {بررسی برخی از فعالیت‌های آنزیمی دو خاک هیستوسول و ارتباط آن‌ها با خصوصیات بیولوژیکی و شیمیایی خاک}, abstract_fa = {فعالیت‌های آنزیمی خاک از شاخص‌های مهم بیولوژیکی بوده و منعکس‌کننده کیفیت و حاصلخیزی خاک هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط برخی ویژگی‌های شیمیایی و بیولوژیکی خاک با میزان فعالیت آنزیم‌های اوره‌آز، اینورتاز، آلکالین فسفاتاز و آریل‌سولفاتاز بر روی دو نوع خاک هیستوسول از دو مکان متفاوت در کرمان و شهرکرد انجام شد. نمونه‌برداری در هر منطقه از 3 نیمرخ خاک (120-0 سانتی‌متر، با لایه‌های مساوی 20 سانتی‌متری) انجام شد. اندازه گیریهای فعالیت آنزیمهای خاک با استفاده از روشهای استاندارد انجام شد. مطالعه تأثیر برخی ویژگی‌های شیمیایی و بیولوژیکی بر فعالیت آنزیم‌ها با استفاده از ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون نشان‌دهنده نقش مثبت کربن آلی (**86/0 r>)، نیتروژن کل (**88/0 r>)، فسفر (**77/0 r>)، کربوهیدرات‌ها (**86/0 r>)، تنفس میکروبی (**94/0 r>) و بیوماس میکروبی کربن (**87/0 r>) در سطح یک درصد آماری در هر دو نوع خاک مورد مطالعه بود. استفاده از مدل رگرسیونی گام به گام به‌منظور ارزیابی اهمیت نسبی ویژگی‌های مورد بررسی در ارتباط با یکدیگر بر فعالیت آنزیم‌ها به‌طور کلی نشان داد که بیوماس میکروبی کربن و فسفر تأثیر منفی بر روی میزان فعالیت برخی از آنزیم‌های مورد مطالعه داشتند، درحالی‌که سایر ویژگی‌ها اثر مثبت خود را به‌صورت نسبی بر روی میزان فعالیت آنزیم‌ها حفظ کردند. بطور کلی همبستگی‌های معنی‌دار تا حد 99 درصد بین فعالیت آنزیم‌های مختلف با یکدیگر مشاهده گردید که می‌تواند نشان‌دهنده پاسخ نسبتاً یکسان این آنزیم‌ها نسبت به سیستم‌های محیطی باشد.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://sbj.areeo.ac.ir/article_100862.html}, eprint = {https://sbj.areeo.ac.ir/article_100862_e114e2270f05a53b6b99ec386686f672.pdf} }
